Real places and employers, in order — from study to my current Case Manager role in Kaikōura.
Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics — the reason I came to New Zealand.
Started as a kitchen hand, then moved into front office — guest service, records, and a fast-paced team environment.
Moved to Nelson for a caregiving opportunity — hands-on support focused on dignity and daily living.
Returned to Christchurch and continued caregiving, building consistency and trust with the people I supported.
Person-centred planning, referrals, accurate confidential records, and helping people toward greater independence.
Higher-complexity caseload — needs assessment, support plans, and steady coordination with clients and providers.
I am currently working as a Case Manager in Kaikōura at Work and Income.
